General Questions:


ParosPro is a rewrite of Paros Proxy. "Paros Proxy" is maintained by both Paros team and MileSCAN Technologies. Paros Proxy will continue to serve the IT security community while ParosPro will target to corporate users who need better documentation, commercial support, and advanced functions.


Currently, we only offer annual subscription licenses to customers. 


We offer the same support level to different license models. The standard support service during the subscription period includes:  unlimited email support, product upgrades, and updates of security checks.
In the near future, web-based support will be included in the standard support service.


After your order is completed, we will send you the licensing information and further instructions to the email address you provided in the BuyNow process.
    Before we can create the license key (and license file) for you, you need to send the following information to licenseEmail:
    1. The Mac Address(es) of PC(s) on which the software will be installed.
    2. The public IP address range of your organization (Optional, only for Corporate License)



Billing Questions:


Yes, we accept purchase orders through our online payment provider (Plimus). You must first fill out the online form to get the total amount, mailing address, and fax number. Be sure to select "Purchase Order" as "Method of payment" on the order form.
The second page of the online form contains instructions on how to complete your purchase. Be sure to print the page and include it when you mail or fax your purchase order. Note that Purchase Order may require more time to process.


Other than Credit Card and Purchase Order, our online payment provider also accept : Wire Transfer, Phone, Fax, Mail/Check/Money Order, and PayPal.


We only charge your credit card account once. If you want to use our software in the next subscription period, you need to go though the purchase process again.
